When he found out his girlfriend cheated, he ended the relationship immediately. They had lived together for two years. He had imagined a future with her, maybe marriage, maybe kids. But once he saw the proof, something in him shut off. He packed her things. Blocked her number. Told his family what happened. His mother and sister were furious at first. They said he deserved better. They promised they would not keep in touch with someone who hurt him like that. For a while, he believed them.
